What are dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable preparations, most often based on hyaluronic acid — a substance naturally present in the skin and connective tissues. By applying them under the skin we restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles or shape facial features.

We use exclusively proven CE-certified preparations from established manufacturers. Every procedure begins with a thorough consultation and facial analysis, so the result remains harmonious and natural.

Areas of application

Lip fillers

Natural volume enhancement, contour definition and asymmetry correction. Our approach emphasises harmony with your facial features.

Nasolabial folds

Correction of the folds running from the nose to the corners of the mouth, which can give a tired or worried appearance.

Facial volumization

Restoring volume in the cheeks, chin or temples that we lose with age. Rejuvenates the overall appearance without unnatural changes.

Chin and jawline

With dermal fillers we improve the definition of the chin and jawline and balance the facial profile — for a more defined yet still natural look of the lower face.

Under-eye and tear trough

We soften a tired look with hollow under-eyes through careful application of hyaluronic acid in the tear-trough area. The result is a rested, refreshed gaze without an over-filled appearance.

Skin biorevitalisation

In addition to classic dermal fillers, we also perform biorevitalisation — injecting pure hyaluronic acid for deep skin hydration. Unlike fillers, which create volume, biorevitalisation improves the quality, firmness and glow of the skin; we perform it on the face, neck, décolletage and hands, usually in a series of a few treatments.

The procedure is complemented by collagen biostimulators, which stimulate natural collagen production for a longer-lasting rejuvenating effect.

How the procedure works

  1. 1

    Consultation and facial analysis

We discuss your wishes, examine the face and medical history, and propose realistic and harmonious solutions.

  2. 2

    Preparation and anaesthesia

We clean the area and, if needed, apply a topical anaesthetic cream. The fillers themselves contain lidocaine for comfort.

  3. 3

We apply the filler with a cannula or fine needles, gradually and with precision. Together with you we monitor how the result develops.

  4. 4

    Aftercare instructions and follow-up

After the procedure we provide aftercare instructions, and after 2 to 4 weeks we arrange a follow-up and additional application.

Safety and who performs the procedure

All dermal filler procedures are performed by physician Natalija Klemenc, which means a knowledge of facial anatomy and professional management in the unlikely event of complications. The hyaluronic acid we use is biodegradable and gradually reversible, and can be dissolved if needed with the enzyme hyaluronidase.

Before the procedure we carry out a medical consultation and assessment, and afterwards you receive clear aftercare instructions.

Frequently asked questions

What are dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable preparations based on hyaluronic acid — a natural substance present in the skin. They are used for wrinkle correction, volume enhancement and facial contouring.

How long do fillers last?

The effect of hyaluronic fillers usually lasts from 6 to 18 months, depending on the type of filler, the application site, the patient's metabolism and lifestyle.

Is the application painful?

The sensation is minimal — we use fillers with added anaesthetic (lidocaine) and, if needed, apply a topical anaesthetic cream.

What are the possible side effects?

The most common are transient reactions at the injection site — redness, swelling, a small bruise — which resolve within a few days. Serious complications are extremely rare with appropriate professional technique.

Can the filler be removed?

Yes. Hyaluronic fillers can be dissolved if needed using the enzyme hyaluronidase. This is one of the key advantages of hyaluronic fillers over permanent alternatives.
