Single implant with crown
Replaces one missing tooth without grinding the adjacent teeth. The most common and optimal solution for the loss of a single tooth.
A permanent solution for missing teeth — titanium implants serve as artificial roots onto which we attach a crown, bridge or denture. Functionally and aesthetically the closest replacement to a natural tooth.
A dental implant is a titanium implant (screw) that we place into the jawbone in the position of a lost tooth. Once the implant has integrated with the bone (osseointegration, 3 to 6 months), we attach a prosthetic restoration to it — a crown, bridge or denture.
Implants are currently the most modern and durable solution for replacing missing teeth. Unlike bridges, they do not require the grinding of adjacent healthy teeth, while preserving bone tissue and preventing its loss.

Two or more implants support a prosthetic bridge that replaces several consecutive missing teeth — an alternative to a partial removable denture and a good solution for missing back teeth.
In cases of complete edentulism of the jaw we use 4 or 6 implants to anchor a full fixed denture. A stable and comfortable result for patients with full dentures.
Two to four implants serve as anchor points for a removable denture — better stability and comfort than a classic full denture.
We examine the condition of your teeth and gums, perform a 3D CT scan (CBCT) for a precise assessment of bone tissue and prepare an individual treatment plan.
Under local anaesthesia we place the titanium implant into the jawbone. The procedure takes 30 to 60 minutes per implant. A healing period follows.
During this period the implant fuses with the bone. In the meantime you can wear a temporary crown or removable restoration.
We fix the final prosthetic restoration onto the implant — a crown, bridge or denture. Regular check-ups follow.
The surgical procedure of placing the implant itself takes 30 to 60 minutes per implant. The entire process from placement to the final prosthetic restoration takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the type of implant and the bone tissue.
The procedure itself is performed under local anaesthesia, so it is painless. Temporary swelling or sensitivity may occur after the procedure, which we manage with analgesics.
With proper oral hygiene and regular check-ups, a dental implant can last a lifetime. The crown or prosthetic restoration on an implant lasts on average 15 to 20 years.
With advances in medicine, contraindications for implants have been significantly reduced. Still, sometimes they are not the best solution: in cases of severe bone tissue deficiency (prior bone augmentation is possible) and with certain systemic diseases. Each case is evaluated individually.
Yes. Several implants together can support a bridge that replaces several missing teeth. In edentulous cases we use 4 to 6 implants to fix an entire jaw (the All-on-4, All-on-6 concept).
